For our Print-on-Demand and customized products, we first prepare your design and contact you for approval.

Once the design is approved, we begin production of your product.

After production is completed, your order is packed and handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

4. Design Approval

Before printing your customized product, our team will share the design with you for approval.

Please carefully check all details, including:

Text and spelling
Names
Images
Colours
Design placement
Other customization details

Production will begin after your approval.

5. Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we may provide you with tracking details through your registered email address, phone number, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the courier.
